Reaction Grids Package: Independent facilitators are key to delivering Europe’s grids

On 10 December, the European Commission presented its Grid Package which included a proposal to replace the TEN-E Regulation, a Directive to accelerate permitting procedures and Commission Guidances on efficient grid connections and contract for differences (CfD)
