PUBLENEF – Needs assessment from ARENE
The third session of the conference “Regional Plans for Climate Adaptation and Implementation of Energy Policies” held in Pescara the 30th of September was dedicated to both energy efficiency for public authorities and its financing. As far as the first topic is concerned, speakers from the Tipperary Energy Agency and ARENE Ile de France presented PUBLENEF – Support Public Authorities for Implementing Energy Efficiency Policies.
