Covenant Cities in the Spotlight: And the winners are… [drum roll]

Yesterday, European Commissioner for Climate Action and Energy Miguel Arias Canete announced the winners of the first ever Covenant Cities in the Spotlight awards at the European Week of Regions and Cities. Two of them are members of the Energy Cities network! Small-sized (<10,000 inhabitants)
