Finance is often a big stumbling block for energy communities, with and without having a local authority involved. During an interview with Enlit, Stanislas D’Herbemont from LIFELOOP partner RESCoop.eu explained why it is so difficult to get money for people-powered energy projects. There are many reasons, missed opportunities and lacking skills on both sides.
